Service description

TechDenX provides a one-time "Email Authentication + Bulk-Sender Compliance Setup" service. The service includes configuring or correcting SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records for a sending domain and providing objective verification evidence and documentation.

We do not provide deliverability consulting and do not guarantee inbox placement, open rates, revenue outcomes, or performance improvements.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be a legitimate sender with a lawful basis to email recipients (e.g., opted-in subscribers, customers, or users).

We do not support spam or illicit email practices. We may refuse or terminate service if we reasonably believe the use case involves purchased/scraped lists, deception, or policy-violating behavior.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information in the intake form and for approving changes to your DNS configuration.

You are responsible for maintaining your email list practices, content, and sending behavior. Authentication does not override provider policies or recipient preferences.

Access and authorization

You authorize us to make DNS changes only as required to perform the service. If you provide delegated access, you agree to revoke it after completion if desired.

We do not request passwords to your email accounts. If access is provided, it should be via delegated/limited permissions where possible.

Limitations

DNS propagation times and third-party platform behavior can affect verification timing. We will provide proof as soon as checks indicate passing status, but we cannot control external systems.

Complex setups (multiple domains, multiple senders, legacy records, or unusual DNS limitations) may require additional time or scope; we will communicate if scope changes are needed.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechDenX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to your email sending, deliverability, or business outcomes.

Our total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
