48-hour Email Authentication + Bulk-Sender Compliance Setup

The goal

Email providers increasingly block, filter, or distrust domains that don’t authenticate email properly. This sprint gets your domain authentication set up correctly and checks key bulk-sender requirements that apply to legitimate marketing email.

You’ll receive objective evidence (pass/fail checks and screenshots). We do not promise inbox placement.

  • Set up or fix SPF (single, valid record with only legitimate senders)
  • Enable and publish DKIM for your sending platform(s)
  • Publish DMARC (start with monitoring unless you request enforcement)
  • Validate authentication results: SPF pass, DKIM pass, DMARC pass (and alignment where applicable)
  • Confirm unsubscribe handling for marketing email (as applicable)
  • Provide a clear summary of what changed and the final DNS records

Proof-based deliverables

You get documentation you can keep: record values, verification results, and screenshots. This is designed to be objective and auditable.

  • Before/after status snapshot
  • DMARC policy details documented
  • Header-based evidence from test messages (when available)
  • Rollback notes (what to revert if needed)

Strict boundaries

We only work with legitimate senders: opt-in newsletters, customers, users, and lawful communications. We do not support spam or illicit email practices.

  • No list buying or scraping
  • No deceptive sender identity
  • No guidance for evading spam filters
  • We may refuse service if the use case appears abusive or non-compliant
Important: We do not support spam or illicit email practices. We only work with legitimate senders using opt-in lists and lawful communications.
