Refund Policy
Objective refund trigger
If, after implementation, your domain authentication still fails (SPF/DKIM/DMARC) for the sending domain we configured — and the failure is due to configuration within our scope — you are eligible for a full refund.
To evaluate this, we use objective pass/fail checks from standard verification tools and/or message headers from test sends, depending on what’s available for your setup.
What’s required to qualify
You must provide the required access and accurate sending platform information, and you must not modify the DNS records we set during the verification window.
If failures are caused by third-party platform limitations, missing access, inaccurate intake information, or later changes you or another party makes to DNS, the refund trigger may not apply.
Non-supported use cases
We do not support spam or illicit email practices. If we determine the request involves purchased/scraped lists, deception, or policy-violating sending, we may refuse service. If no work has started, we will refund the payment. If work has started, we will determine an appropriate refund based on work completed.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your domain, the date of purchase, and the verification evidence showing failed authentication. We will respond with next steps and a determination.
