Access and credentials

We prefer delegated DNS access or supervised changes. We do not ask for passwords to your email accounts. If you choose to provide temporary access to DNS tools, you are responsible for revoking it after work is completed.

Data retention

We retain project notes and reports for a reasonable period to support follow-up questions and proof of completion, unless you request deletion where feasible.
